Amaretto Sour

An all time favourite classic cocktail, refreshingly sweet and sour

The delicious Amaretto Sour is our all time favourite cocktail to drink and make.

Its has the perfect balance of sweet and sour flavours from the citrus, and sweet almond nutty flavour from the amaretto.

The amaretto is 28% abv, so if you like your drinks strong feel free to add a dash of your favourite whiskey!

Flavour profile: Sweet, sour, tart, nutty

Ingredients:

50ml Amaretto

Juice from half a lime

Juice from half a lemon

25ml Egg white

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and pour into a tumbler glass filled with ice

Garnish:

Lime wheel
