Blue Tropical Slush

I was recently brought back a bottle of Coco Mania from Jamaica by a friend and put together this tropical delight.
The flavour profile of this drink is fresh, fruity and sweet just as you would expect from an island-inspired recipe.
Ingredients:
50ml Coco Mania (Coconut rum)
25ml Blue Curacao
150ml Pineapple juice
50ml Sugar syrup
25ml Fresh lime juice
Pineapple chunks (Handful)
Method:
Pour each ingredient into a blender with ice and add a few chunks of fresh pineapple for extra thickness!
Serve in a hollowed pineapple
Garnish:
Pineapple leaves
Lemon slice
Lime slice
