Carisips: Ginger & Hibiscus Gin Punch

As part of our black history month series we are celebrating black owned spirits and beverage brands.
We collaborated with Carisips to create this delicious ginger, hibiscus and gin cocktail.
I paired the hibiscus punch with a dash of lime juice, ginger syrup and gin which was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
Flavour profile: Spicy, sweet, floral
Ingredients:
50ml Gin
50ml Hibiscus punch
25ml Lime juice
25ml Ginger syrup
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a shaker and strain into a glass

Crushed flowers
