Ginger Passion

A guide on how to make the mouth-puckering ginger Passion cocktail. A fruity passionfruit cocktail with a ginger kick!

This cocktail is super tasty and full of bold flavour. The exotic fruitiness of passion fruit paired with the sweet ginger kick complement each other so well.

I would advise using the fresh juice from the passionfruit instead of store-bought passion fruit juice as it can be very sweet and the ginger syrup already adds sweetness to the drink.

Using fresh passionfruit juice adds a nice level of tartness contrary to store-bought passionfruit which will disrupt the balance of flavour and make it too sweet (unless you have an insane sweet tooth!)
