How To Make Spiced Cranberry and Maple Syrup
A guide on how to make a rich and full bodied spiced cranberry and maple syrup.
This syrup is super flavoursome, rich and perfect for the festive season.
Not only can it be used for cocktails but also for a variety of uses such as pancakes and hot drinks etc.
Ingredients:
300g Cranberries
500ml Water
1 Cinnamon stick
1tsp Ground ginger
1 Orange peel
2 Star Anise
250ml Maple syrup
Method:
1) Boil water and add all the ingredients in a pot
2) Bring to a boil then simmer for 10mins
3) Strain and allow to cool down completely before use
