How To Make Strawberry Infused Gin and Strawberry Purée
A guide on how to make tasty strawberry infused gin and strawberry purée.
Strawberry Infused Gin:
1) Wash and quarter strawberries and place it into a jar with sugar and gin
2) Shake it, leave for 2 days in a cool dry place then strain and use
Gin spiked strawberry puree:
Soak strawberries in gin for 2 days then separate the gin with a strainer. Add the strawberries to a blender with sugar, a touch of water and blend until smooth.
