Island Punch

A guide on how to make a fun, fruity and flavourful island punch.

We had the pleasure to create recipes for Kromanti Rum and our aim was to select fruits and ingredients with the flavour profile to best compliment the tamarind spiced rum.

This punch is jammed packed with tropical fruits and flavours that are perfect for batch making!

We all love a good punch which has a blend of different fruits and we incorporated island fruits such as passionfruit, tamarind and pineapple to accompany the spiced rum.

Flavour profile: Tropical, fruity, sweet, strong

Ingredients:

50ml Spiced rum

25ml Passoa (Passion fruit liqueur)

25ml Tamarind syrup

25ml Pineapple juice

25ml Orange juice

25ml Passionfruit juice

25ml Lime juice

Alterations: If you are unable to get hold of tamarind concentrate to make the tamarind syrup, substitute it with honey.

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and pour into a pint glass filled with ice

Garnish:

Pineapple wedge

Orange half

Passion fruit quarter
