A couple of weeks ago I did an Instagram poll on my story and asked my followers to help me build my next cocktail.

I divided the poll into syrup, base, juice, sour, liqueur, and garnish.

My followers were then presented with 4 options to choose from in each section.

The most selected ingredients were used to create this drink and it came out very tasty!

The use of Wray and Nephew rum in this drink elevated it to another level and gave the drink an island feel which also packed a boozy punch!
