Nerds Cocktail

A guide on how to make a Nerds cocktail. A fun and creative cocktail for those who like to get stuck in!

This cocktail was super fun to recreate and is a real show stopping drink. The marshmallow and nerds rim not only adds a beautiful asthetic but is tasty treat to bite into as you sip.

It is a prefect cross between a desert style cocktail with the addition of raspberry sorbet which melts provides a crisp fruity taste.

Flavour profile: Sweet, tasty, fruity 

Ingredients: 

• Nerds 

• 50ml Nerds infused vodka 

• 25ml Blue curacao 

• Marshmallows 

• Lemonade 

• 2 scoops of raspberry sorbet 

Method: 

• Melt marshmallows in the microwave for 20 secs. Dip the rim of your cocktail glass into the marshmallows and then straight into the rainbow Nerds. 

• In a cocktail shaker, mix 25ml blue curacao, 50ml of the Nerds vodka and ice. Pour into the cocktail glass. 

• Add 2 scoops of raspberry sorbet over the top and top the glass up with lemonade to finish. 

Garnish: 

Marshmallow and nerds rim 

How to make Nerds infused vodka:

In an empty bottle add a pack of nerds candy and fill with vodka

Shake and store in the fridge for 24 hours
