Kiwi Kiss
A guide on how to make a refreshing Kiwi Kiss cocktail. A thirst-quenching, fresh and fruity cocktail.
The sun was out over the last week and I wanted to enjoy a crisp and refreshing cocktail! A cocktail like this goes well with an abundance of ice as you can see, I packed it to the rim!
I paired the sweet kiwi flavour with zestiness from the lime to create a sweet and sour balance in the flavours. This is also a great recipe to batch make, which I did later in the week for a barbecue with my friends.
I was able to adapt the recipe to suit everyone's taste by making the cocktail in a jug separately from the soda.
For those with a sweet tooth I poured ¾ cocktail and ¼ soda into a glass and for those who wanted less sweetness and more freshness, I poured ½ cocktail and ½ soda.
How to make Kiwi syrup:
Boil equal parts sugar and water until the sugar dissolves. Add in chopped kiwi, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 10mins

Add vodka, elderflower cordial, kiwi simple syrup and lime juice
