Pineapple and Ginger Punch

Flavour profile: Sweet, spicy, fruity

Ingredients: 

50ml Spiced rum

15ml Lime juice

Equal parts pineapple juice

Equal parts ginger ale or ginger beer

Method: 

In a glass, add spiced rum, lime juice and top up with equal parts pineapple juice to ginger beer

Garnish: 

Pineapple tops
