Nothing is better than throwing some fruits in a bowl and whipping up a punch to enjoy in the sun!

Sometimes punches can get very tedious to make with the thousand different ingredients and fruits to slice up.

This recipe removes all the fuss and is super quick and simple to make with just 3 ingredients!

How it came together:

I’m not a red wine drinker but when I was gifted a bottle by a colleague I looked around my kitchen to see what I could put together to adjust it closer to my taste.

Knowing how well lime-lemon soda works with wine, I mixed the two together. I always have a bottle of grenadine laying around so I added a touch of that to add a richer colour and sweeter taste.

There is also no pressure when it comes to slicing fruits for this recipe. I would advise using anything you have in your kitchen whether it’s apple, mango, orange etc.

The main thing is that you adapt the ratios and fruit selection to your liking and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Equal parts Red wine

Equal parts Lime-lemon soda

Dash of Grenadine syrup to your desired sweetness

Method:

1) Fill a glass with ice and plenty of chopped fruit

2) Add equal parts of wine and lime-lemon soda in a glass
