I have a love-hate relationship with Baileys which is why it has taken a while to be featured on my blog.

I love the taste over ice but the ghettoness of adulting is that I have to stay away from dairy or my skin will pay!

This is definitely a guilty pleasure/ cheat day recipe so save it for the days when you truly want to indulge.

I also added in a chocolate-covered strawberry garnish to contribute to your 5 a day (Every little helps!)

P.S Don’t ask me how my skin is doing just know I had to sacrifice to bring you guys this recipe!

Flavour profile: Sweet, milky, creamy

Ingredients:
25ml Baileys
25ml Rum
50 ml Coconut milk
25ml Strawberry syrup

Method:
1) Dip the rim of a coupe glass into milk chocolate and place in a freezer

2) Add baileys, coconut rum, coconut milk and strawberry syrup to a shaker

3) Pour into the glass, top with whip cream and decorate with sprinkles and strawberry syrup

Chocolate covered marshmallow
Milk chocolate rim
Whipped cream
Drizzled strawberry syrup
Sprinkles
