Gunna Berry Smash

A world gin day content creation collaboration with Gunna drinks, a craft soft drink brand

Flavour profile: 

Citrus, floral, sweet, rich, juicy 

Ingredients:

• 50ml Bombay Saphire Gin 

• 15ml Raspberry syrup 

• 25ml Lime juice 

• Gunna raspberry lemonade 

Method: 

1) Rim the glass with a lime wedge then dip into sugar 

2) Add a layer of blueberries, ice, raspberries and more ice and a sprig of mint 

3) Pour 15ml of raspberry syrup, 25ml of lime juice, 50ml of gin, and top it up with Gunna raspberry lemonade 

Garnish: 

Mint, raspberries, blueberries, lime wheel, sugar rim
