Tequila Crush

Suns out, why not enjoy the best of both worlds!

It was one of those days where I couldn’t decide if I wanted a cold drink or an ice lolly, so greedy old me had both!

This is a cocktail that I made which is similar to a tequila sunrise with a few tweaks.

Instead of using triple sec I used coconut rum and substituted the grenadine with raspberry syrup.

This cocktail gives such a summer vibe so decided to use a plastic cup to give it that summer bbq feel.

Ingredients:

50ml Tequila
20ml raspberry syrup
Orange juice
25ml coconut rum
Squeeze lemon wedge

Method:

Build the tequila, orange juice, coconut rum and lime juice into a cup full of crushed ice then pour in raspberry syrup


Garnish:

Cherry, orange slice, mango slice, Rowntree ice lolly
