This is a rum-based drink with a pineapple and passion fruit taste, lemongrass infusion and a subtle ginger kick.

Alterations:
I love the crunchy passion fruit seeds in my drink, however, if you are not fond of bits in your drink feel free to leave them out

Ingredients:
25ml White rum
25ml Passionfruit Malibu
100ml Pineapple juice
Top with ginger beer
Method:
Add white rum, passionfruit malibu and pineapple juice to a glass
Fill a glass with crushed ice and passionfruit pulp from half of a passionfruit then top with ginger beer
Garnish:
Bruised lemongrass, lime and lemon slices and a passion fruit half
