Flat Cap Drinks is a rum brand owned by Richard who’s roots stem from Burnt Savannah Westmoreland Jamaica to a family of 12. The name pays homage to his late father Billy Balton Mckitty 1936 - 2015 who was known for wearing flat caps. The brand incorporates premium white base rum from the West Indies and add natural flavours to give a slightly different accent to appeal to different palates. We created the bakewell tart sour cocktail recipe to support the flavours of the vanilla and cherry flavoured rum. Services included:
