Recipe development & Photography
As Kromanti Rum continues to scale and prepare for new stockists we were tasked with creating some bespoke recipes for their brand book and pitches. Once we received the direction from the founders we created a selection of recipes, recipe cards and cocktail photography. Our materials helped to support the brand in acquiring new restaurants and bars with the incorporation of the recipes on to their menus.

We shot, styled and edited some images to accompany the recipes and create visual imagery of the cocktails
Recipe Cards
We created recipe cards that packed relevant information about the recipe, method, garnish and also some insight on where to source some of the ingredients
The Results
Our Spiced Peach & Tamarind Daiquiri and Apple & Elderflower Cooler recipes were successfully added to the menu at Rhythm Kitchen Restaurant. The addition of these drinks not only boosted sales but also aligned perfectly with Rhythm Kitchen’s mission to offer vibrant, flavor-packed experiences that celebrate rich diversity of the Afro-Caribbean culture.

Our experience
Developing cocktail recipes for Kromanti Rum was such a delight. The rich African and Caribbean history behind the brand allowed us to be intentional about the flavour pairings and ensure each ingredient was chosen with purpose. The rum is silky smooth and really embodies luxury, quality and a sense of soft living
Authentic Flavour
We made sure to celebrate the authenticity in the flavours of the tamarind spiced rum. To achieve this, we created a batch of homemade tamarind syrup to optimise the sweet and sour balance in the spiced peach and tamarind daiquiri.
