We collaborated with Bayab Gin to create this delicious pineapple, passionfruit and lime G&T.
The tropical and fruity flavours of pineapple, passionfruit and lime elevates this drink and sets it apart from the usual boring G&Ts!
This is the perfect summers day drink and the huge bloom glass means you can enjoy it in abundance!
Flavour profile: Refreshing, fruity, sharp, citrus

Ingredients:
50ml Bayab Gin
50ml Pineapple juice
15ml Lime juice
Top with passionfruit & lime tonic water
Method:
-Fill a glass with ice and passion fruit pulp
-Add all the ingredients in and stir
Garnish:
Passion fruit, pineapple
