L'Extase Elixir

As part of our black history month series we are celebrating black owned spirits and beverage brands.
We collaborated with L’Extase Cognac to create this delicious cognac, smoked rosemary, peach and orange blend.
This cognac gives me nothing short of luxury feels so I paired it with ingredients that suit a more mature palate.
The rustic aroma of the smoked rosemary, mixed with the fruity notes from the peach and orange, compliments the smooth cognac taste so well.
Flavour profile: Smoky, fruity, smooth

Ingredients:
50ml L’Extase Cognac
25ml Triple sec
150ml Orange juice
25ml Peach syrup
25ml Lime juice
Method:
Smoke a quarter of a sprig of rosemary, place a glass over it and set aside
Add all the ingredients into a shaker
Pour the drink into the rosemary smoked glass over ice
Garnish:
Sliced peach, rosemary sprig and orange slice
