This was a fun recipe that mentally placed me on a beach with every sip I took!

It has a simple recipe with just 4 ingredients, a method that anyone can make and does not require a cocktail shaker.

The simple recipe is also perfect for making in big batches for parties and BBQs.

Alterations:

This recipe is perfect for those who like their cocktails sweet. However, if you would to tone down the sweet taste, simply add some lime juice until you reach your desired balance.

Flavour profile; fruity, strong, tropical

Ingredients:

25ml Vodka

25ml Passoa

15ml Raspberry or strawberry syrup

Mango juice

Lime juice (optional)

Method:
Add ice, vodka, passoa and raspberry syrup into a glass

Top with mango juice

Mango slice

Pour the mango juice very slowly to get a layered effect
