Watermelon Slush

A guide on how to make the three-layered watermelon slush cocktail

I’ve been wanting to work with watermelon for a while, what’s better than a 3 layered boozy slush?!

Playing with this fruit was a messy trial and error but we got there in the end!

I really wanted the aesthetic of the cocktail to embody an actual watermelon, so the colour of each layer resembles the colours of a watermelon.

I also used blueberries to replicate the watermelon seeds which gave a cool effect.

Fun fact: I don’t enjoy eating the actual fruit but I really like watermelon flavoured things!
