This recipe is a delicious crossover between a slushy cocktail and a dessert.

During the festive season, I wanted to make a cocktail that tied in well with the Christmas colours of white, green and red.

I’ve always enjoyed a sorbet and the crisp white and rose colour of the lemon and raspberry flavours were a perfect starting point.

As the sorbets were already jam-packed with flavour I chose to booze it up with sparkling white wine and some vodka for a kick.

Cranberries have always been associated with Xmas, so I got creative and froze them in an ice tray to add a festive touch to the picture.
